Accomodation in Mons
|
Delegates and Vendors are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation during the NATO Information Assurance Symposium. An allocation of rooms has been reserved at various hotels in and around the Mons area (see list below).
You MUST contact the hotel of your choice direct to confirm availability and then quote the reference “NIA08” to obtain one of these rooms. You will need
to know where you are staying in order to complete your registration for the Symposium, so please confirm your accommodation details first.
The hotels will release any allocated rooms for which they have not received a confirmed booking approximately 4 weeks prior to the event taking place, so early booking is strongly recommended.
The Courtesy Coaches will have collection/drop-off points close to each of the recommended hotels.
Ideally located in the centre of the historic region of Mons, the hotel offers facilities for both business and leisure travellers.

The following hotels are approximately 16.1km from SHAPE. Courtesy transport will be available, however the departure and arrival times will be earlier than those in the hotels in Mons Centre.
