Daily Transport
|
Complimentary Coach Transport will be provided between the recommended hotels and SHAPE each day for the Symposium and for the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 7th October.
If you do not intend to stay at one of the recommended hotels but do require Complimentary Coach Transport, please indicate this when you complete your registration form and we will advise you of the nearest collection /drop off point to your accomodation.
Please note that the space cannot be guaranteed for specific journeys on the coaches unless requested when registering.
Collection/drop-off points and times will be issued nearer the time.
If for any reason you are not using the Courtesy Coach Transport and need to bring a vehicle onto the NATO site you must have a NATO Vehicle Access Pass. Therefore if you do not already have an existing Vehicle Access Pass, you will need to supply all vehicle details when completing your Symposium Registration.
