Vendor Information

The NATO Information Assurance Symposium brings together staff from across the 26 NATO Nations, NATO Agencies and the Strategic Commands and their substructure to meet with the leading Commercial Vendors of IA Products and Services from those states.


Vendors are invited to exhibit at the Symposium but what makes this event different from so many others is that Vendor attendees are expected to fully participate in the whole agenda of the event, including the plenary sessions and the workshops / live demonstrations which will be taking place throughout.


Exhibitor Costs

The standard size for an exhibition stand is 3m x 1m x 2.5m high and the cost for this has been held at the 2007 rate of €6000 (Euros).

Double size stands are also available at €12,000 (Euros).

By booking exhibition space you will be entitled to:

 

·        A maximum of three representatives to attend all three business days of the Symposium 

 

·        One Representative to attend the Conference Dinner

 

·        A brief Company Overview (approximately 100 words) plus Contact Details to be included in the Delegate Information Packs

 

·       Possible opportunity to give a Presentation or Live Demonstration in one of the Breakout Sessions (subject to an appropriate theme)

 

·       Information to be included on Resource DVD which is circulated to all attendees after the event

 
In addition to exhibiting at the Symposium, vendors can also contribute towards the cost of Conference Dinner (minimum €500 Euros) which will entitle you to:

 

·       Additional publicity for your Company on promotional material throughout the event

 

·        Space for an additional Company Representative to attend the Conference dinner

 

·        Recognition of contribution to a specific item at Conference Dinner eg Bar, Wine, Entertainment


Presentations and Demonstrations

NATO NITC are inviting any vendors interested in giving a presentation or demonstration of a product or service as part of a Workshop Session to submit a brief synopsis of their proposal to the NATO Symposium Secretariat (NATOSymposiumSecretariat@softbox.co.uk) no later than 18th July 2008. 

Applications will be forwarded to NATO NITC for consideration, but only those proposals  which they feel will enhance the Symposium will be accepted and no guarantee is given that any individual proposal will be included in the agenda. 

New for 2008


Due to a number of requests received we have introduced a Vendor vs NATO Golf Tournament at the Symposium.

This will take place on the Set-up Day (Monday 6th October) and places may be limited. There will however be a number of Key NATO Personnel playing and the tournament will provide an ideal opportunity for informal introductions prior to the start of the formal business on Tuesday.

Registration

When you register for the event it is important that you provide as much detail as possible so please do take time to read all the information as you will be prompted for details during the registration process.

As part of your initial Registration you must agree to the Booking Terms and Conditions applicable to the event (Click Here to View) and also to the Payment of the Fee.


If there is any other information you are unable to complete as part of your initial registration you will be able to log back into the system at a later date to update the details.
