Location:

SHAPE is located near the town of Casteau, Belgium, about 45 miles southwest of the capital Brussels. The nearest city is Mons, which is the main city inthe Hainaut Province.

Event Venue:

The 2008 Symposium will again be held in the SHAPE Club where there will be a main auditorium plus some breakout rooms with additional vreakout areas being provided in two marquees.

The Exhibition and Refreshments will be held in a large marquee to the rear of the SHAPE Club, with space for approximately 60 exhibitors.

Registration will take place in the SHAPE Club foyer from 08.30 hrs on Tuesday 7th October, with tea/cofffee and biscuits being served in the Vendor Exhibition area prior to the formal start of the Symposium at 10.00 hrs.

The complimentary Conference Dinner will also be held in the SHAPE Club and Courtesy Coach Transport will be provided from/to recommended hotels.
